This could be a beautiful watch to add to any collection. I don’t know a lot about pocket watches, but from what I can find on line i have learned that this is/was a very high quality made watch. 21 jewels is a big deal.
Burlington Illinois Grade 101 Model 9, Production year 1923. Railroad Watch, 16s 21j. Watch was rebuilt and tested at -5 seconds per day. Runs well at testing. Lever set, stem wind. Crisp blue steel Breguet style hands. Dial has no flaws or cracks. Case is a swing-out case with brand new NOS glass crystal. Crown is a bit dirty.
