I think the nicest looking Elgin I have ever owned. The back of the watch is epic, so much information ! 10k RGP bezel. There are four screws to remove the back and I just didn’t feel like it. HOWEVER your warranty is severly limited.

Selling 1950’s Elgin Shockmaster Self-Winding DURAPOWER Automatic Men’s Watch. Works. Ran all night into morning, that was test performed. Some scuffs scratches to case and crystal. Case is 34mm, lug 17mm. Thanks for looking at my items
Vintage Elgin Durapower Shockmaster men’s watch. Bezel is 10kt gold plated. Speidel band is in good condition. Watch face not so much. The crystal is cracked with a piece missing around the #2,3 area. I also believe the second hand is missing. The hands do move and I was able to actually get the watch to work briefly. Needs a lot of repair. Or steal some parts from it for another. Will ship next business day after payment is received. Thanks!
The dial face is Excellent – I am not sure if you call this Sunburst or not but its in Excellent Condition and looks great. It winds and sets as it should. The issues are #1. The crystal is cracked and needs to be replaced.
Very cool and rare 1940’s Elgin military style watch. The case is in beautiful shape for the age. The dial has some wear. The crystal is nice and clean. This is a vintage watch and it is running. I don’t know when the last time it was serviced.
