This is a spectacular Illinois Watch Co. pocket watch. The damaskeen pattern is finely detailed, the lines and color are sharp. On this watch the flush gold ruby jewel settings are highly polished.

Hamilton Watch Co. Lancaster, PA. RR grade, 16s, 21 jewels. This 992 Hamilton watch features a Montgomery dial. It has a perfect dial with no hairline cracks. Adjusted to 5 positions. Runs very strong and accurate. Absolutely no sign of wear. Serial # is 1725136.

Hampden “Railway” special, size 18s, pocket watch, 21 jewels, adjusted to 5 positions. Very nice, running strong with no cracks on dial. On the wear dial I would place this at 98 out of 100. This is a Wadsworth case “referee”.
Ball watch company 18 size official railroad standard antique 17 jewel adjusted railroad Pocket Watch. Movement is a beautifully finished circular Damaskeened Ball ORRS movement featuring bright plates and gilt gold lettering, gold jewel settings, and timing screws. Movement is running with good motion but I have not checked it for timekeeping. Dial is a very nice, but does have a faint hairline. Case is a nice Keystone nickel silver case and is in good working order but has a small dent in back. Watch is lever set and winds and sets correctly. Serial number 560143, grade 999H circa 1907. The 17 jewel Ball ORRS is one of the harder to find Ball watches with a total production of 8100 units. Please see pictures for more information and condition. Sold as is.
Year: 1899. Model: 1899. As is, for parts or repair. It is a very early Model 1899. Other positions produce weird results. The balance is not broken, there is not excessive end-shake, it runs great dial up.
