This Dior 23 Bulova 10K rolled Gold watch is for parts or repair The clasp opens but I can not get the band to slide to a different size. I don’t know why it is stuck. I pulled the stem out and the hands move. I wound it a quarter turn and it is NOT ticking. I know nothing about mechanical watches but having it serviced is DEFINITELY necessary.
